As the goods in transit will go through the process of air freight, customs security inspection, loading and unloading in transit, etc., there may be cases of customs seizure or return and missing, damaged or lost parts due to declaration or sensitivity, in order to protect the safe arrival of the goods, please be sure to declare truthfully ,If you have sensitive goods, please separate the packaging and indicate the channel of sensitive goods 。In order to protect the interests of each other, now our company will do the following to deal with the problem of lost goods, less goods and rotten goods in the way of delivery:


1. If the goods are lost in transit or during delivery, we will verify the loss of the goods [date of verification: 21 working days from the date of entry into the warehouse (shipping date for shipped goods) for air cargo].After confirmation of the loss by our company, we will refer tothe declared value of the goods or triple the shipping costTake the lower one for compensation, part of the goods lost and damaged according to the proportion of the weight of the goods lost for partial compensation, each ticketCompensation up to ¥600,Shipping costs are non-refundable.


2. fragile and easy to pressure goods, please do your own packaging to ensure the solidity, breakage broken by the sender is responsible for.


3. If the customer misrepresents and conceals the information of the goods, especially the sensitive goods, we will not compensate for the loss of the goods and the less goods. Sensitive goods filled with general cargo, once found all confiscated and fined ¥100 / ticketAll costs arising from customs inspection shall be fully borne by the shipper,We kindly ask each customer to strictly abide by it.


4. Sensitive goods compensation: some sensitive goods are exported customs-controlled goods or special transportation goods by air or restricted import goods by destination. For this reason, our company compensates for sensitive goods as follows: before the goods are sent to my warehouse and after the completion of import customs clearance at the destination port, we will compensate for the loss of pieces and less pieces according to the normal claims procedure (i.e., the lower of the declared value of the goods or three times the freight cost, part of the goods lost and damaged according to the proportion of the weight of the goods lost for partial compensation, the maximum compensation for each ticket does not exceed 600 yuan, and the freight cost is not refundable). If the goods have been sent out in the export customs airport security inspection and import customs clearance of goods lost, less pieces, etc., our company refund the freight or refund part of the proportion of freight.


5. Air transport weighting method: volume weight and actual weight to take the larger, volume weight =(LCM x WCM x HCM)/6000=Volume weight.

8. The transit time of goods is the estimated time, such as the day of receipt of goodsHoliday or customs clearance delays,The transit time will be increased; if the delivery address is a remote area, 2-4 working days will be added to the normal transit time.


9. The shipping service is door-to-door service, you send the parcel to the first floor of our Guangzhou warehouse entrance, we transfer to your designated Malaysia Address of the entrance to the first floor (not into the home, not upstairs)
